Rattaché(e) à l’équipe juridique européenne de QBE, vous participez à la gestion des affaires juridiques et administratives de la succursale française sous la direction du Responsable juridique en France. Ce poste est au cœur de l’entreprise offrant une vision à 360° de son activité. Nous voulons que vous soyez le business partner indispensable à la performance de notre succursale. Pour cela, vous êtes ouvert(e) avec un état d’esprit opérationnel et entrepreneurial. Vous faîtes preuve de rigueur et d’autonomie.
Your new role
Fournir un support juridique pour toutes les opérations en France de la succursale française de QBE Europe (assurances dommages, RC, construction, lignes financières, transport maritime, art et valeurs et assurance caution)
Préparer et réviser la documentation précontractuelle et contractuelle des polices d’assurance (formulaires, conditions générales, avenants, etc.)
Réviser la documentation contractuelle liée aux programmes internationaux
Rédiger et réviser tous types de contrats commerciaux (prestation de services, outsourcing, contrats avec les courtiers, délégation de souscription, gestion des sinistres, transactions, confidentialité, etc.)
Piloter les relations avec nos conseils juridiques externes

About you
BAC +5 (avec un master en droit des assurances, un LLM est un plus)
5 ans d’expériences dans une fonction similaire ou en tant qu’avocat
À l’aise dans un environnement international et multi-juridictionnel, Anglais niveau lu, écrit, parlé au minimum
Capacité à formuler des recommandations juridiques en langage pratique et abordable
Maitrise des règles GDPR
