We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Marketing to join our French team, with the purpose of growing Unobravo as fast as possible in France. You will lead the Local Marketing team, whilst collaborating with Central teams such as Marketing, Data and Product. You will be responsible to hire great talent and be a natural problem solver that gets a fantastic brand like Unobravo to new heights.

As a Head of Marketing for France you will:
Define and execute local marketing strategies to grow Unobravo brand awareness, and to improve conversion and retention
Manage the French marketing squad composed of local-led activities related to campaign management, brand partnerships, PR, organic social media and influencer marketing as well as central-led activities (Paid Media, CRM, Organic, etc) to ensure reaching country growth targets
Identify and prioritize local growth opportunities as well as solve execution challenges through clear and concise communication and good business case methodology
Close monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions to grow further.
Define and execute the country budget in collaboration with the global CMO and Unobravo’s Country Manager
Hire and grow top talent in the French marketing team
Appoint and manage local agencies / freelancers on a need basis whilst ensuring alignment with Central teams
Close collaboration with Local teams (Supply Acquisition, Customer success) as well as Central teams (Marketing, Product)
You bring:
Min 5+ years experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of branding channels, campaign management as well as ability to interact with performance marketing teams
Hands-on attitude, a lot needs to be created from the ground up, builder mindset
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Able to define hypotheses, run experiments independently and share results broadly across teams
Leadership skills, mentoring team members and keep motivation high
Hiring experience, able to dissect and identify the right qualities of high performing team members
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and capacity to work well on matrix-reporting organizations
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ideally, you have experience or are highly familiar with marketplace-like ecosystems, where growth on the demand and supply sides is well managed and balanced
